Walking is a highly effective, low-cost, and accessible path to health and wellness. A regular walking program can help you burn more calories, increase muscle tone and stamina, and improve heart health. It can also help manage stress, anxiety and depression.
Wellness Walks
HonorHealth Integrative Medicine offers monthly wellness walks to help foster healthier communities and improve the well-being of our patients. This physician-led program provides an opportunity to learn about various health and wellness topics, enjoy a walk with a physician and connect with other like-minded individuals.
Wellness Walks are held at 10 a.m. on the first Saturday of the month at various locations throughout the Valley.
