Where: Indoor Venue at Scottsdale Community College, Fitness Center, 9000 E Chaparral Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85256
Directions: From the 101 freeway go east to Chaparral and take your first left into Entrance #1. Take an immediate left and go all the way back to Parking Lot A. The Fitness Center is the building next to the pickleball/tennis courts.

Please be prepared when you arrive for the Wellness Walk! Wear a comfortable pair of walking shoes that provide good support. Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Bring a hat with a protective brim, sunglasses, at least one liter of water and sunscreen.
Before starting any exercise regimen, it's important to talk with your primary care physician. As a general rule though, it is recommended that adults participate in at least 30 minutes of moderate intensity exercise, such as a brisk walking, 4 to 5 times per week.
