Join our physician-led walking group for a fun and safe environment to explore health topics and connect with like-minded individuals.

Each month the Wellness Walk is led by a physician who presents on various health and wellness topics. This initiative is in harmony with the principles both integrative medicine and Blue Zones project.

It's not just a walk - it's an opportunity to learn, socialize, and priortize your well-being.

Please be prepared when you arrive for the Wellness Walk! Wear a comfortable pair of walking shoes that provide good support. Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Bring a hat with a protective brim, sunglasses, at least one liter of water and sunscreen.

Before starting any exercise regimen, it's important to talk with your primary care physician. As a general rule though, it is recommended that adults participate in at least 30 minutes of moderate intensity exercise, such as a brisk walking, 4 to 5 times per week.
