Preparation
- Steam broccoli until very soft.
- In a large bowl, mash broccoli with avocado.
- Mix in onions, tomatoes, garlic, lime juice, hot pepper sauce and cilantro until mixture resembles the consistency of mashed potatoes.
- Season to taste with salt.
