The Scottsdale cardiac rehabilitation facility is on the corner of Mountain View Road and 92nd Street. The building is south of the HonorHealth Scottsdale Shea Medical Center campus and across the street from the Scottsdale Medical Imaging radiology building. Plenty of parking is available in back of and around the building.

Bus 80 travels along Mountain View Road with stops at 90th Place and 92nd Street.

Cardiac rehabilitation is a comprehensive program that provides clinically monitored exercise and health counseling after you've had a heart-related hospitalization.
Cardiac rehabilitation is appropriate if you have had previous health issues such as:
- A heart attack.
- Angioplasty/stents.
- Coronary artery bypass grafts.
- Valve surgery.
- Heart failure.
You'll be on a clinically supervised exercise program to improve your fitness tolerance, regain your strength and emotional well-being, and reduce the likelihood of future heart events. Your heart health will benefit from the customized rehab services provided by the team of doctors, nurses, exercise physiologists, dietitians and social workers.
During each cardiac rehab phase, you'll receive specific counseling about how to safely exercise, eat balanced meals and reduce your stress triggers.
All services require physician prescriptions. Insurance coverage varies, so please check with your insurer.
