FAQs 

Q: What is a cash-pay service?  

A: Cash-pay service is an out-of-pocket expense that you will need to pay at the time you sign up for your executive health experience. HonorHealth does not bill your insurance for these services. You will receive one bill for all services performed during your experience.

Q: Can you bill my insurance for HonorHealth Executive Health services? 

A: No, HonorHealth will not submit claims for program services to your health insurance plan carrier. Additionally, program participants may not submit claims separately to their health insurance plan carrier.

Q: What services are included with the HonorHealth Executive Health experience.

A: As part of our base package, you will have an hour-long consultation with a primary care physician and dietitian. They will complete multiple tests and screenings pertaining to your general health, mental health, heart health and nutrition. You will also receive a full blood panel and several imaging exams.

Q: Are all HonorHealth Executive Health services and packages available in one location?

A: Most services within the base package, with the exception of medical imaging, are offered at our HonorHealth Executive Health office in Scottsdale. Medical imaging services will take place across the street, in collaboration with Southwest Medical Imaging at 10575 N. Tatum Blvd., Suite C-128 in Paradise Valley. Our specialty packages include both virtual and in-person consultations, which may occur at other locations. Mobile laboratory tests will be scheduled prior to your visit at your doorstep or workplace.

Q: What are the costs associated with the different HonorHealth Executive Health packages?

A: Our base package, which is required by all participants prior to electing any specialty packages, costs $7,500. Additional costs for each of our specialty packages are as follows:

  • Cardiology - $1,500
  • Neurology - $3,500
  • Orthopedics - $1,500
  • Pulmonology - $500

Q: What if the physician finds something concerning during my HonorHealth Executive Health experience? Who do I follow up with?

A: At the end of your experience, we will provide you and your primary care physician with a detailed report of your visit. Your primary care physician will take the lead in coordinating any follow-up or specialty care. If you do not have or are looking for a new primary care physician, we can help you establish care within our primary care, concierge medicine or integrative medicine networks. We can also help you establish care within our specialty care network.
