A fresh approach to care

If you choose to utilize our comprehensive health assessment, your first appointment will be with the director of our program, Mayurkumar Bhakta, MD, FACC, our cardiac specialist. He will conduct a thorough evaluation of your cardiovascular system and will assess your current heart health and identify any red flags for future health issues. 

From there, your journey through our program will continue with intensive neurological testing that will include novel screening for early identification of chronic traumatic encephalopathy and possible neurocognitive pathology that may result. 

Finally, you will meet with our orthopedic specialist to address any musculoskeletal issues that need attention. At the end of your visit, you’ll receive a single report that will outline not only your test results, but also a cohesive, multidisciplinary treatment plan. Our approach removes the disjointed care that often results when you visit individual, unaligned specialists Your family members may also benefit from this level of coordinated care through our program.
