The office is located in the Emergency Department of the HonorHealth Scottsdale Shea Medical Center. It’s on the east side of North 90th Street, just south of East Shea Boulevard. The medical center is just east of Loop 101. Free valet and public parking is plentiful in front of the main entrance.
