Rehabilitation services at HonorHealth
Outpatient rehabilitation
The Neurological Rehabilitation Program at Scottsdale Osborn Medical Center will continue to help you carry out your daily activities as well as possible after you're released from the hospital.
You can benefit from these services if you're a stroke or brain injury survivor, a Parkinson's disease or multiple sclerosis patient, if you have voice issues, want to return to driving, or have chronic motor impairments such as spasticity in a limb. Those with cerebral palsy, brain tumors and some spinal cord injuries also can benefit from services offered here.
Cardiac rehabilitation
You'll find a committed team of cardiologists, registered nurses, certified exercise physiologists, a social worker and registered dietitians to help you after a heart attack or other related heart issues.
Pulmonary Rehabilitation
Pulmonary rehabilitation is a service and program for individuals experiencing or diagnosed with lung disease. Using a team-based approach, our providers will partner with you to create a plan with one goal in mind – to help improve your overall wellness, based on what’s important to you.
Pulmonary rehabilitation can’t cure lung disease, but it can be of great benefit to your daily life in managing lung disease.
