About

Dr. Sundet specializes in minimally invasive and robotic spine surgery with special interests in the treatment of degenerative disc disease, herniated discs, spinal stenosis, radiculopathy, spine deformity, adult degenerative scoliosis, myelopathy, spinal cord compression, revision spine surgery and cervical disc arthroplasty. He believes in surgery as a last resort, prioritizing conservative treatments and rehabilitation. His approach to patient care is centered around the individual's needs, concerns and aspirations, acknowledging that patient is unique. He takes time to understand their lifestyle, activities and goals to provide personalized treatment plans and ensure that each patient feels acknowledged, understood and part of their own healing journey.

As a spine surgeon, Dr. Sundet has a deep appreciation for the importance of an active lifestyle in maintaining optimal spinal health and overall well-being. Outside of medicine, he can often be found relaxing outdoors or enjoying activities such as running, hiking and paddleboarding.
