About
Dr. Hanshaw was born and raised in Iowa. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Iowa and is a proud, lifelong Hawkeye. He graduated from Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2010 and completed his training in general surgery at St. John Macomb Oakland Hospital in Michigan in 2015. In 2019, he joined Desert Surgical Specialists.
Dr. Hanshaw is passionate about partnering with his patients and getting to know them before and after surgery. His is passionate about helping his patients get back to everyday life and doing what they love.
