Paul Babey, MD

Paul Babey, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician with HonorHealth Medical Group, specializing in general adult family medicine and primary care. His clinical interests include managing chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension and mild mental health issues, as well as treating acute illnesses and injuries. He believes strongly in the mind-body connection and the power of nutrition as medicine. 

Dr. Babey describes himself as detailed, organized and efficient. He stays up-to-date with medical advancements and focuses on treating the whole person with positive intent. He manages patients with multiple chronic conditions, emphasizing lifestyle changes and patience before turning to medication. 

Dr. Babey considers Fairfax, Virginia his hometown. Outside of medicine, he loves to travel, especially to the beach, and enjoys good food and wine. He’s also a fan of the Cardinals and Arsenal Premier League Football. Dr. Babey has been married for 30 years and has three adult sons.
