Located just next to HonorHealth Scottsdale Osborn Medical Center, HonorHealth Medical Group - Heuser - Primary Care is a 12,000-square-foot practice with 18 exam rooms, two procedure rooms and a laboratory. Patients can access radiology services within the clinic's office complex.
The Heuser Family Medicine Center is committed to the delivery of high-quality medical care that is patient-centered, safe, equitable, evidence-based and cost-conscious. We partner with our patients and community to optimize health across the lifespan by providing compassionate and comprehensive care while educating the next generation of Family Medicine physicians.
We provide a setting where you develop a practice that provides comprehensive primary care to a continuity panel of patients—you care for patients on a continuous basis throughout your training. Each resident belongs to patient care teams that emphasize and facilitate continuity of care and provide team-based care to your patient panels.
- First-year residents spend one or two half days a week seeing continuity patients.
- Second-year residents spend two to three half days a week seeing continuity patients.
- Third-year residents spend three to four half-days a week seeing continuity patients.

- Patient-centered, interprofessional team-based model of care
- Coordination of care & chronic disease management, including patient panel management
- Community Resources to address social determinants of health and healthcare disparities
- Integrated behavioral health and nutrition

- Patient and office workflow design
- Scheduling templates to maximize continuity and patient access to care
- Personnel issues including conflict management
- Telemedicine and other ways to maximize point of care technology
